Prenuptial & Post-Marital Agreements

Second marriages and senior remarriages are quite common. Often one or both of the partners will come to the marriage with significant assets of their own, some of which they may want to leave to children from a prior marriage. Prenuptial and post-marital agreements can protect the financial interests of children, which can be a tremendous help in reducing family conflict that can come with a second marriage.

Pre- and post-marital agreements can also give a new partner confidence that their spouse is marrying them for the “right” reasons; and can give the new spouse security in knowing that their needs have been considered.
